Creamed Wildflower Honey (14 oz)
This honey is smooth and feels almost velvety on one's tongue. Creamed honey is made by whipping fine crystals of honey into raw liquid honey - there is no cream in it. It is smooth and spreadable. Creamed honey stays put when you spread it on your toast. You can use creamed honey the same way you use liquid honey - in tea, for baking, and as a spread on crusty bread.
This creamed honey comes from hives located on the second story porch of a 1911 Capitol Hill row house in Washington, DC. My bees forage nectar and pollen from flowers and trees on the Capitol grounds, the National Mall, and surrounding neighborhoods. Enjoy!
